Example: A $200 monthly membership paid by credit card costs $207.20 ($200 + $7.20 card fee). Paid by ACH, it costs $202.00 ($200 + $2.00 ACH fee). I2. Avoiding Processing Fees Pay by cash, check, or debit card at the front desk to avoid processing fees. ACH has the lowest processing fee. I3. Grandfathered Pricing Some existing members keep the monthly price they had before a price change ("grandfathered price"). Your grandfathered price stays in place as long as your membership remains continuously active on the same plan. It ends if you cancel, switch plans, or the membership is suspended for nonpayment. If you rejoin later, current prices apply. Processing fees apply to grandfathered prices the same as other prices. I4. Custom Prices and Discounts Kova may offer custom pricing, promotions, or discounts to new athletes (for example sibling, team, early sign-up, or scholarship pricing) at its discretion. Not every athlete receives the same offer. Any custom price, how long it lasts, and what happens when it ends will be shown on your Plan Summary and confirmation email before you pay. When a promotional price ends, we'll tell you the new price at least 30 days in advance. ---
