This refund page is a placeholder. It is not the final refund policy.

A credit returns when you cancel a session before the window shown on the booking. A late cancel or a missed session can keep the credit used. The exact window is on the confirm screen.

Membership charges, pack purchases, and the Fuel Plan add-on are shown before you pay. A refund, when one is due, goes back to the same card or bank account in Stripe test mode during this trial.

Email the desk from the Support page if a charge looks wrong. Do not send payment details in that message.
